The
word Tea Moral first appeared in record of Fang's Knowledge
of the Tang Dynasty. Among royal families and in imperial
palace, tea art became popular at that time, developing and
stylizing. Moreover the palace tea art was once again enhanced
by the development of tribute tea in Tang Dynasty. From
long-term practice of drinking tea, according to the
characteristics of tea, and on the basis of drinking
environment, tea service allocation, infusing and tasting
skill, Chinese people has drawn their traditional tea ceremony,
combining local custom and special culture. Chinese
tea moral represents the host’s comprehension of basic tea
spirit, or the affinity and reverence between host and guests. The
implication of moral and art of tea is contained in different
kinds of formal tea meet and rite, such as the Qing Ming
Banquet tea meet of Tang Dynasty, the Tea Fight of Song
Dynasty, the Tea Banquet of the scholars in Ming and Qing
Dynasty, the Universal tea of the sanctuary" in temples,
the Tea Presentation for Guest in modern families and the Kong
Fu Tea of Fujian and Guangdong province.

art, during years if practice, has developed and become the
most standardized Chinese modern tea art
Common people are connected with teahouses, enjoying the
Taiwan tea art as a popular drinking entertainment. Tea
