It
is well known that Yunnan is the place of tea
origin. Existing there are not only large areas of
modern tea plantations but also countless
individual old tea trees, many native wild tea
forests and ancient tea gardens. Closely related,
in addition, are very rich and colorful ethnical
tea cultures in this area.enter |
| 4.Open Competition of Chinese
Tea Serving Ceremony |
|
Tea serving ceremony teams of domestic and
International tea enterprises, tea houses and art
groups will be invited to compete under national
competition rules with well-known
tea ceremony experts in the nation commissioned as
judges. The Competition will be publicized in the
media.

(1)Time:April
29th, Registration. April 30th
and May 1st, competition. |
|
(2)Requirement:No
more than 6 persons per team (including musicians
and narrator). Performing time is limited with 20
minutes. Table and chairs and PA system will be
provided by the Organizing Committee. Each team
should bring all other necessities.

(3) Awards:One
First Prize (RMB20,000), two Second Prizes
(RMB10,000) and three Third Prizes (RMB5,000),
with medal and certificate.
Meanwhile there will be several performing
prizes and one organizing prize and one costume
prize, with medal and certificate. |

(4) Fee:RMB1,000
per team. |
