Brief Introduction:
Wei Shan Mao Jian is produced in Weishan
village,Ningxiang county,Hunan
province.there is 1670mm rainfall each
year,and the climate is moderation,the
relative humidity is above 80%,the soil is
thick, humus is abundant,the tea is
moistened by amrita for long time,it is well
established and vigorously developed,the
buds are fat and the leaves are strong.
Wei Shan tea has long history,it has been
famous in Tang Dynasty.
The picking standard of Wei Shan Mao Jian is
one bud with one leaf or one bud with two
leaves.the fresh leaves should not be
damaged.
The main processes of making Wei Shan Mao
Jian include:reducing green、coving and
making yellow、kneading、baking and
smoking,etc.
The form of Wei Shan Mao Jian is curled and
agglomerate,the color is yellow and oily,the
white floss is eyeable,the soup is orange
and bright,the taste is sweet and pure.It is
the titbit of gift teas.
