The time of picking Meng Ding tea is Chun Fen,the buds are uniform、flat and straight,the color is yellow,the floss is eyeable.the soup is yellow and jade,the taste is sweet and fresh.

The processes of making Meng Ding Huang Ya include:reducing green、firing、first packing、re-firing、re-packing、fanning、fourth-firing、baking.
