White peony tea is produced in Fuding
county,Fujian province,it belongs to white
tea,and it is among ten faous teas in China.
The form of white peony is stout and
strong,the leaves is fat and tender,the buds
and the leaves connect.The green leaves nip
white floss ,just like flower.During
steeping,the green leaves serve as a foil to
tender buds,like the buds open,so it gets
the name of”white peony”.the edge of the
leaves curled,the color of the leaf is
ash-green,the soup is orange and bright,the
taste is good and sweet.
White peony has the function of
defervescence and remove heat,it includes
many kinds of
aminophenol、mineral、vitamin、zinc and
selenium,etc.it is good to
liver、eyes、spirits and teeth,it can decrease
