Brief Introduction:
All material of Bai Hao Yin Zhen is tea bud,
The bud is stout and strong,the form of the
tea is like needle,and there is white floss
at every pore,the color is like silver,so it
gets its name as “Bai Hao Yin Zhen”.
The soup of Bai Hao Yin Zhen which is
produced in Fuding is apricot yellow,the
taste is fresh.The soup of Bai Hao Yin Zhen
which is produced in Zhenghe is pure and
aromatic.
The standard of picking Bai Hao Yin Zhen is
very strict,it should not be picked in rainy
days,it should not be picked with dew,the
slim buds should not be picked, purple buds
should not be picked,the buds damaged by
peopleshould not be picked and the buds
damaged by insect should not be
picked,hollow buds should not be picked,
diseased buds should not be
picked,open-heart buds should not be
picked.Only tallowy single bud can be
picked.
The way of steeping Bai Hao Yin Zhen is
generally the same with green tea.but the
time of steeping is longer.
Bai Hao Yin Zhen is very rare,it is good at
stomach and spirit,it can reduce yin
