The teabag packing machine Model CTNDXD01KM120
is single-chamber high-speed machine, and it is
mainly used to pack broken tea and other
granular materials (20-40 meshes bulk
non-viscidity granular or sheet materials). Its
main functions include automatic feeding,
double-row slitting of tea bag, heatsealing of
tag, cotton thread and filter paper, tea bag
counting, grouping and output, etc. Through PLC,
HMI and multi axis servo control system, the
products packing are completed coordinately and
orderly. The functional systems can be
customized and developed, such as tea bag
summary into envelope bag, envelope bag
heat-sealing forming, envelope bag counting,
grouping and output.
Characteristics
