The asphodel tea is one kind of excellent Chinese teas,and it is a bright pearl of Fujian oolong.this kind of tea tree has existed before one thousand years,but the tea planted by people just before three hundred years.

The form of asphodel is stout and strong,curled and tight,the color and luster is smooth,brown-yellow and dark green.

During being steeped,the aroma is like yulan,the leaves spread in the orange and bright soup,it has yellow heart and green side,the edge is vermeil or red spots.

The picking time of asphodel is around Gu Yu,the main processes include:fading、reducing green、kneading、first baking、packing、enough-firing,etc.

The asphodel tea is good to stomach,reducing fat,treating itch and detumescence.
