city,its name comes from the Yu Hua Tai.In
1959,Yu Hua Tea is created in administration
department.

craftwork.,before Gu Yu,picking the tender

have only one bud and one leaf.
It was sold abroad in 1966,and people send
Yu Hua Tea to friend and relatives as rare
gifts in Japan and South-east Asia.

Brewing Recommendation:
Use 1 tablespoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water
until steaming (170 - 180º F). Let steep 2-3
minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
