Brief Introduction
Rui Cao Kui is produced in Ya Shan,Anhui,it
has excellent quality and it is ancient teas
with more than one thousand years
history.Between 1985 and 1986,the tea was
created in Yong Feng county.
Quality characteristics
Rui Cao Kui is picked from Qing Ming to Gu
Yu,the first grade tea has one bud and one
leaf,the second grade tea has one bud and
two leaves.the third grade tea has one bud
and three leaves.
The form of Rui Cao Kui is flat and
straight,the leaf is big and fleshy,the size
is uniform.the color is emerald green.the
floss is eyeable,the soup is light
yellow-green、clear and bright.The taste is
fresh.
Health function
Green tea is beneficial for preventing and
inhibiting cancer; Beneficial for the health
treatment of cardiovascular diseases;
Beneficial for weight loss and clearing
intestinal fat; Beneficial for clearing
heat, removing dryness, detoxifying and
nourishing the skin.
Brewing Recommendation:
Use 1 tablespoon per 6 oz cup.
Heat water
until steaming (170 - 180º F). Let steep 2-3
minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
