Brief Introduction
Lao Zhu Da Fang is produced in Xiuning,Anhui
province,Da Fang is firstly created in Ming
Dynasty,It was runk as tribute in Qing
Dynasty.Accoroding to the recordation,Lao
Zhu Da Fang was created by shaman Da Fang in
Da Fang Mountain,so it got its name,the tea
has four hundred years history.
Lao Zhu Da Fang is picked before Gu Yu,the
tea should be with one bud and two leaves.
Quality characteristics
The form of Lao Zhu Da Fang is
flat、uniform.and smooth,the leaf is stout
and strong,the color is verdure and
yellowy,there are golden floss at every
pore,the soup is clear and yellowy, aroma is
full-bodied like chestnut.According to the
quality, it can be devided into two
types-Ding Gu Da Fang and Common Da Fang.
Health function
Green tea is beneficial for preventing and
inhibiting cancer; Beneficial for the health
treatment of cardiovascular diseases;
Beneficial for weight loss and clearing
intestinal fat; Beneficial for clearing
heat, removing dryness, detoxifying and
nourishing the skin.
Brewing Recommendation:
Use 1 tablespoon per 6 oz cup.
Heat water
until steaming (170 - 180º F). Let steep 2-3
minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
