Jin Shan Cui Ya is produced in
Zhenjiang,Jiangsu province.In 1985,it was
runk as famous tea of Jiangsu.
The leaf of Jin Shan Cui Ya should be picked
in the last ten-day of March,the size of bud
shoule 2cm and uniformity.
Quality characteristics
Jinshan green buds are flat, straight, and
even, with a delicate and fragrant color.
The taste is fresh and mellow, and the soup
color is tender and bright green. The leaves
are plump and tender and bright green. After
brewing, the green buds sink and stand
upright in the cup, creating a fresh and

Brewing Recommendation:
Use 1 tablespoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water
until steaming (170 - 180º F). Let steep 2-3
minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
