Jin Shan Cui Ya Tea
 

 

 

Brief Introduction

Jin Shan Cui Ya is produced in Zhenjiang,Jiangsu province.In 1985,it was runk as famous tea of Jiangsu.

The leaf of Jin Shan Cui Ya should be picked in the last ten-day of March,the size of bud shoule 2cm and uniformity.

 

Quality characteristics

Jinshan green buds are flat, straight, and even, with a delicate and fragrant color. The taste is fresh and mellow, and the soup color is tender and bright green. The leaves are plump and tender and bright green. After brewing, the green buds sink and stand upright in the cup, creating a fresh and rich taste that leaves an endless aftertaste.

From the appearance, it looks very similar to "green bamboo leaves", with bud buds and a flat and sharp shape. The color is yellow and emerald, with a strong aroma of dry tea and a unique high aroma that is rare in green tea; After brewing, there are numerous flags and spears, and the tea soup is light yellow green and bright; The taste is fresh and mellow, with significant bitterness, and a sweet aftertaste that produces saliva; The fragrance hanging at the bottom of the cup is not obvious; The leaves are evenly fertilized and tender green.

Brewing Recommendation:
