E. The main characteristic of products:

1) This line includes multi-function crushing machine, which can produce onion paste, carrot paste, chili paste, apple paste and many other fruit jam.

2) Because of the following factors such as crushing action, ultra-low temperature evaporating (single-effect evaporating temperature is 68℃),the two-effect and two-section structure makes staying time of the material is short in evaporator, the lycopene and other nutrition of paste has little loss than other equal equipment.

3) The electricity consumption is 400KW/H less than other equipments with equal capacity.

4) It can cut down the steam consumption because the vacuum evaporator has the second time steam callback system of the steam coagulation water

5) The material mixing device structure in the sterilizer is different from others. The cleaning time is less than the same kind equipments. It can clean very well without dirt.

6) The filling machine adopts style of up and down, which can avoid the second pollution.

7) The screen of the pulping machine is tapered and the clearance could be adjusted, also could be frequency conversion and timing, which makes the production easy to squeeze.

8) The evaporator adopts of tri-effect four-section structure. It can adjust the inlet material depending on the raw material collection to assure the continuous producing. And it also can cut down the power consumption.

Application scope:

Pre-heater

Application scope:
The machine is applicable to pre-heating of tomato, onion, chili, strawberry, blackberry and carrot which has been crushed in the previous procedure.
Technical explanation:
1. The machine adopts the newest technology which is called hot water heating type to avoid the scaling problem. The scaling problem is caused by using steam to heat the material directly whose temperature is very different from the raw material. 
2. The working life can be long time and suitable for the tomato paste industry. The temperature control system is automatic and online type. The pre-heating temperature is controlled by the Italy valve which is high quality and stability. There is raw material refluence control design in case the heating temperature can not reach the set point. Technical explanation
1. The structure is single layer and closed style, standing type with ABB liquid level transmitter and full automatic online liquid level linkage controller to protect and balance the capacity.
2. Material of the vessel: AISI 304, stainless steel. Polishing inside and outside #250 or 304 2B Inlet of the tank connect with the outlet of the pulping machine outlet of the tank connect with the pump.

Forced circulating evaporator                            

Application scope:

The evaporator is used for the concentration of tomato, onion, chili, strawberry, blackberry, carrot, peach, and apricot.

Technical explanation:

1. The evaporator adopts low consumption evaporating structure; the second effect self-circulation combines the first effect forced circulation so it is double effect combination structure which can decrease the running cost of the second forced circulation pump and other loss. Compared with domestic equipments (capacity at 300-500tons per day) it can save power by 250KW/H.

2. The machine is with features of compact structure and optimized layout, the length of the pipe between the first effect evaporator and the second effect evaporator is short. This structure can reduce the loss of heat. The evaporating way is rising film together with falling film, so the effect of heat transfer is better. The pressure of the steam is low; the temperature of the paste is low too. Temperature of the first effect is 68℃～70℃ and 38℃～40℃ for the second effect.

3. The draining of cooling system uses frequency conversion to adjust water level of the condenser to save power. To avoid the damage of impact vibration when the water goes to the pump, the water supply adopts vacuum self-priming way which can also reduce the power consumption.

4. The control of the feeding quantity, temperature, brix, exhausted quantity of cooling water adopts two way, one is automatic control in the whole, the other is manual control separately.

5. The quality and the stability is the key to the equipments. so the machine adopts import valves, the best brix meter, the best electric control components such as SIEMENS and OMRON to control the key points.

Technical explanation:
1. The aseptic filling machine is used for the filling of liquid and semi-ropy concentration products. The filling head can be one or two according to the required capacity.
2. The machine is composed of control system, filling head, bag nozzle fixed pincers, lid opening pincers, lid close pincers, inspection window and lifting platform. 
3. PLC automatic control, touch screen to do parameter setting, the lifting platform can lift automatically during the filling to avoid the second pollution caused by the lifting of filling head.
4. The filling volume of the bag is controlled by imported flow meter and electric weighing sensor.
