Liu nianyan Senior professor
graduated from Renmin University of
China with a master's degree in
economics in 1989. From 1989 to 2002, he
worked in the Central Committee of the
Communist Youth League, served as the
director of the Central Committee of the
Communist Youth League and the director
of the rural development center of the
Central Committee of the Communist Youth
League, and founded: Zhongqing
agricultural high tech demonstration
park, China-youth science and technology
rich network, youth spark information
daily, and national rural youth culture
and art competition.
In 2003, he was transferred to the
central agricultural office and the
Ministry of agriculture and rural areas
to engage in theoretical and policy
research. Director of the Industrial
Office of the rural economic research
center of the Ministry of agriculture
and rural areas. He was employed as an
expert consultant by the relevant
departments of the state, relevant
provinces (cities), prefectures
(cities), counties (cities),
agricultural scientific research
institutions and leading enterprises. He
has published many theoretical articles
in Qiushi, Hongqi manuscripts, people's
daily, people's net and farmers' daily.
He has been interviewed by people's
network, CCTV and China Central People's
radio for many times. One belt, one road

agricultural globalization and the belt

characteristic town. He has done
strategic research and development
planning for 85 localities and
enterprises in China. 103 theoretical
articles were published. Eight
monographs have been published,
including the theory and practice of
China's rural revitalization, the
exploration of Rural Revitalization
path, and the road to the globalization
of China's tea industry. Presided over
the compilation of the strategic plan
for Rural Revitalization of some
provinces, counties and cities in China.
