This machine group adopts the way of manual feeding. Two machines can be controlled by one electronic cabinet; several machines are connected in parallel with vibrating feeder. These carded tea leaves can be sent into next working procedure automatically with a adjustable speed. It can avoid the damage of meter that electronic cabinet and carding machine are separated.

This machine group adds a measure device with a conveying track based on Combined Carding Machine Group. Tea leaves can be taken to each carding machine by hopper according to time and quantity. Manual feeding can make the carding quantity of each machine more average and the carded tea leaves can be taken to next process by vibrating feeder.

In this machine group, customer can combine them of any numbers according to their own requirement of processing quantity.

This machine group can feed and separate the tea leaves and adjust vibrating frequency by itself automatically. With a long slot, it can vibrate as well as conveying the tea leaves at the same time so that it can realize the balance between supply and demand. Tea leaves will be tight and slim, smooth and straight after automatic well distribution and twice consecutive carding. It can be used in precious green tea process.

With an automatic temperature-controlling device, it can set up the temperature in accordance with process requirements and keep constant temperature of the whole working process.
