Multi-column back closure DXDK-4 lines is an automatic
packaging machine that’s a production of high-quality and
high performance through introducing advance foreign
technology. Its functions include automatic feeding,,
metering, bagging, filling, sealing, printing date, products
output and a series of automatic functions. This machine
adopts high-precision electrical transport film system, PLC
system control, advanced human-machine interface touch,
photoelectric automatic tracking, PID digital temperature
control system which makes the whole operation more simple
and perfect, it’s the perfected equipment that can improve
producing in food and pharmaceutical packaging sectors and
reducing labor intensity and improve the grade of package.
The device can be applied into bag packaging through
cold-rolled composite aluminum, multi-layered composite film
and plastic film. With multi-channel and swinging filling
device can fill bags continuously, and at the same time cut
out of single or multiple packages.
The working principle and
process:
Packaging materials are released export volume institutions
that are at the back of the body. After the release of
roller the print of volume batch, longitudinal, forming and
sealing are finished. Meanwhile materials are filled and
sealing process is done, and then through horizontal
closure, cross-cutting, the formation of products is
complete
