 Principle of Operation 

The drying machine is consisted of conveyor, drying room and transmission, air supply devices, air preheating unit composition.

 Installation and adjustment

Maintenance

1.      check  all parts of the fastening screw bolts, chain tension and compression wheels of the work, bake plate elastic traction chain, and to be adjusted

2.      always check the baking sheet in the working position, without shifting, and block and inverted conditions

3.      When running in the abnormal shock, vibration, noise should immediately stop check, find out the reasons and excluded;

4.   in the machine operation should always check the motor, gear reducer and the bearing temperature conditions, bearing temperature must not exceed 30 ℃, reducer temperature should not exceed 40 ℃, motor temperature rise shall not exceed 50 ℃;

5.  Periodically add oil to the lubrication points;

6.  Regularly check the transmission parts, wearing parts of the work, and timely repair or replacement.
