where the buyers agree to buy and the sellers agree to sell

above goods may be allowed to with 3% more or less both in
quantity & amount at the sellers’ option and the
settlement is on the basis of the contracted price

seller covers the insurance of delivered goods against all
risks for 110% of goods contract value up to the final
destination

seller should issue the following documents to the buyer:

Commercial invoice in 3 originals
2.
Packing list in 1 originals +2copies
3.
Quality/quantity/weight/certification by CIQ in 1
original +2 copies
4.
Insurance policy
5.
GSP FORM A
CLAIMS:
in case the quality and /or the weight are found by the buyers
to be rot in conformity with the contract after arrival of the
goods at the port of destination. Buyer may long claim with
the seller supported by survey report issued by an inspection
organization agreed upon by both partied, with the exception,
however, of those claims
for which insurance
company and/or the shipping company are to be held
responsible.
Claim
for quality discrepancy should be filed by the buyer within
20days after arrival of the goods at the port of destination,
while for quantity/weight discrepancy claim should be filed by
the buyer within 15days after arrival of the good at the port
of the destination. The
seller shall within 15days after receipt of the notification
of the claim, send reply to the buyer.
FORCE
MAJEURE: In case
of Force Majeure, the sellers shall not be held responsible
for late delivery or nondelivery of the good but shall notify
the buyers by email/tel/fax.
ARBITRATION:
All disputes arising out of the performance of, or
relating to this contract, shall then be submoitted to the
Foreign Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission which shall
be conducted by the commission in BEIJIN. The arbitral award
is final and finding upon both parties.
APPEDIX
FOR QUANLITY: the
quality of the has to be in conformity with the Sellers
samples confirmed by the buyer
OTHER
CONDITIONS: the
present contract comes into force from the moment of it’s
signing by both partied and is valid till the moment of
fulfillment of all obligations by the both parties.
